Soma pill is a brand name of the generic product
Carisoprodol and is used mainly for getting relief from acute and
musculoskeletal pain. This pain med provides temporary relief from such acute
and muscle pain. Soma Pill is a skeletal muscle
relaxer that affects the central nervous system of a person. It helps them to
be mentally relaxed and has a calming effect on the user.
This pain med is a controlled substance (schedule IV) under
the Controlled Substances Act by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). It has been
increasingly abused by people especially the youth for which now it is only

How to consume Carisoprodol?
- · Swallow this pain med orally as a whole with a glass of water irrespective of your meal time. Do not take the drug by inhaling, injecting, breaking, splitting, or chewing the drug.
- · Doctors normally prescribe this pain med for nearly 2-3 weeks. Avoid using this drug for longer than the prescribed time period.
- · Those individuals who have muscle spasms are recommended to take about 250-350 mg of this drug about four times a day (includes once before bedtime).
- · This pain med must never be used with any substances that have sedative effects such as alcohol or street drugs. Taking the drug with such substances can lead to harmful effects on the user.
- · A person must use this pain med along with proper rest and physical therapy for better pain relief. This product should always be used under the guidance of a doctor.

What can happen if you overdose?
